ZEUS, WEAPON OF CHOICE: THE MASTER BOLT
Zeus is the 'big cheese' of all the gods. He has power over the sky which includes lightning and storms. He is married to his sister Hera, and together they rule mount olympus.

Poseidon, brother of Hades and Zeus, rules over the entire ocean. He is married to Amphitrite daughter of the titan Oceanus. He also fancied Demeter for a while, and tried to please her with a gift. During some of his attempts, he created the zebra, seahorse, and even the giraffe! But in the end he created a beautiful stallion out of sea foam, and forgot all about Demeter.
HADES, WEAPON OF CHOICE: INVISIBILITY CAP
Hades makes up the 'big three' (Zues, Poseidon, Hades). Hades is the ruler of the underworld. he is known for being cruel and selfish. He is married to his abducted Persephone daughter of Demeter, who he kidnapped one day while she was picking flowers. When Demeter finally figured out where Persephone was being kept, it was too late. She was trapped in the underworld. Hades took pity on the situation, and decided to let Persephone to be with her mother spring-fall. So whenever Persephone is with hades during the winter months, Demeter is to0 busy grieving for her to take car of her plants. Along with death, hades is god of all the riches and wealths under the earth (he is not counted as part of the 12 gods of olympus)
HERA, WEAPON OF CHOICE: HER TEMPER
Hera is the goddess of marriage, and queen of the heavens. But despite her immortal power, Hera is above all loving and kind to her immortal family. She only had children with Zues, who both in her opinion were disappointments. She was so angry when Hephaestus was born, she threw him off of olympus just because of his looks. She often quarreled with everyone, mainly with her sisters: Aphrodite, and Athena. All three show a competitive attitude towards one another. And in the end, she always got revenge on Zuse's other lovers.
ATHENA, WEAPON OF CHOICE: HER MIND
Athena is the goddess of wisdom, and crafts she is sometimes known as Zues's favorite. Perhaps it was the story of her birth: One day (after swallowing one of his wives metis, the knowledge goddess) Zeus was walking on the beach when he had a splitting headache. Hephaestus came and cracked Zues's skull open, and out of his head Athena sprang up in full armor. Athena has many famous stories, one of them is when Poseidon and Athena entered a contest against each other to give the best gift to athens (previously not called athens) Poseidon gave a freshwater spring so the town could have fresh water. Athena gave an olive tree, useful for food and trade. Athena was the winner, which made the people name there town Athens.
Ares, weapon of choice: pretty much anything
Ares is the god of war. Sometimes Ares showed a dangourus, even savage quality to him, especially in battle. The most famous story about Ares is when he started hooking up with Aphrodite. Aphrodite's real husband Hephaestus disapproved. So, to get revenge he trapped them both in a golden net, and humiliated them in front of all the other gods.
APHRODITE, WEAPON OF CHOICE: LOVE
Aphrodite is the goddess of love. It was told that when Kronos cut up Uranus, a drop of his blood fell into the sea, making the water foam. Out of the foam aphrodite was brought into the world. Zues pared her up with Hephaestus the blacksmith god. He was a good husband, giving he jewels, gems, and fine things. But Aphrodite always favored Ares, the god of war.
APOLLO, WEAPON OF CHOICE: MACHING SET OF A GOLDEN BOW+ARROW
Apollo is the god of... (deep breath) : Achery, medicion, poems, music, song, healing, prophecy, oracles, plaques, disease, and even protection of the young. But he is overall known as the Sun god. Each day, apollo rides his sun chariot across the sky, bringing warmth and life to the earth. He is the twin brother of artemis, and is also best buddies with Hermes
ARTEMIS, WEAPON OF CHOICE: A SILVER BOW, AND AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF ARROWS.
Artemis is the goddess of the woodland and the hunt. She is also the goddess of the moon. She has eternal virtrue, wich means she has sworn off boys forever. She also has a pack of hunters who go on quests with her to fight monsters.
HEPHAESTUS, WEAPON OF CHOICE: NONE
Hephaestus is the god of fire and craftsmanship. He is married to the beautifull Aphrodite. After he was born, his mother Hera threw him off of olympus because of how he looked. One of Hephaestus's achievements is creating the first woman to walk the earth. Her name was Pandora.
HERMES, WEAPON OF CHICE: CADUCEUS (USED AS A MAGIC WEAPON)
Hermes is the god of all travels, thieves, and tricksters alike. Some people claim him to also be the god of sports. Hermes was the son of Zeus, and Zeus was impressed by the god quick witty attitude, and thought he would be a perfect messenger for the gods. He is the youngest of the gods. But a few days after he was born, he stole Apollo's cattle! Apollo was furious. When he figured out it was Hermes that did it, Apollo wanted hem exiled from the gods. Hermes did some fast thinking and gave Apollo an instrument called a lyre that he had invented. Since Apollo was the god of music so he absolutely loved the gift, and forever since he became good friends with Apollo. That is how Apollo got the symbole of the lyre.
DEMETER, WEAPON OF CHOICE: NONE
Demeter is the goddess of harvest and agriculture. One of the most important things to Demeter was her daughter Persephone, who was kidnaped by Hades. During the time Persephone was away, Posidon found Demeter grieving. Demeter (wanting to be alone) turned into a horse and ran away. Posidon did the same and chased after her. Afterwards, Arion the horse was born. Throughout all greek mythology he is known to be the fastest thing alive.
DIONYSUS, WEAPON OF CHOICE: NONE
Dionysus is the god of wine, fruit, festivities, and the arts. He was known for being a 'wild child'. Many nymphs (nature spirits) respected and fallowed Dionysus, sometimes Dionysus's followers would get so drunk, that they would turn crazy. Dionysus also would travel around to teach people how to make wine. Dionysus is married to Ariadne daughter of Minos. One version of the story goes that after Aridne Helped Theseus, he had promised that they would be together. But Theseus abandoned Aridne, and Dionysus found her and comforted her. They fell in love and were instantly married.
